Description

I have changed my Modem Router and since I did that the Shimo App cannot establish a connection any more - I can connect to the Internet and can ping the host server ? Are there any settings I need to adjust or add on the router to allow me to connect ? I can connect without issue from a PC laptop using the cisco software and connected to the same modem ?
