erroneous error message when importing Shimo profile

Description

When a user, even one with a new installation, imports the attached Shimo profile using the Import from Shimo Profile item from the drop-down menu in the Profiles pane of the Preferences dialog, Shimo successfully imports the profile but puts up an error dialog saying that it got an error because a profile of the same name already exists. If the user has Growl installed, she will get a Growl notification saying that the profile was successfully imported just before this occurs.
