Hello,

I submitted my payment for Shimo over a week ago but have not yet received a license key. I have contacted Kagi about this issue but they have not responded. Please send me a license file I can use for my current Shimo application. Text of my latest email is pasted below.

Please help them with their request, which follows.

I already sent your license file multiple times, but obviously it never came through. Please check your SPAM folder...
