Shimo requiring user id after disconnect

Description

After I've been connected using Shimo, I sometimes disconnect to do other things. When reconnecting the second (and other) times, it asks for the password which is expected. After hitting enter, it will wait a while, then ask for the password again, but this time also wanting the user id again.

Since the user id doesn't change, I would like it to stop asking for it. Perhaps a preference where you can enter the default user name?

it SHOULD only show the dialog twice if the first attempt failed... Then Shimo allows to retype both, username AND password, because it does not know what was wrong with the first attempt...
