Cannot login with Shimo after

Description

I use my Mac on a corporate network and after changing my password, Shimo fails to work. Perhaps, I am not resetting the client correctly?

Troubleshooting to date:

- Check Keychain for issues (none) - Delete Keychain entry to force resetting for Cisco client - Entered and added password to Keychain via Shimo (no luck)

Info:

OS X Leopard Cisco Client - Version 4.9.01 (0100) Full Shimo license

Error: Unable to resolve server address. Please check your connection manually or try to use the network diagnostics.

Cisco VPN has no issue connecting.

It could be a problem with your server configuration. Shimo currently only checks the primary gateway before it starts its connection. The original CiscoVPN client also has the so-called backup servers. Please check if you have some of those and try to use them in Shimo...
